A digital gift voucher is a perfect gift for someone special who loves jewellery. Your chosen recipient will receive their digital gift voucher via email which will contain a unique voucher code. They may use this code at the checkout to redeem credit up to an amount nominated by you.
Your digital gift voucher will be delivered to the email address you enter at the checkout. Please ensure you type it carefully and double check it, so that it is delivered to the right person.
The recipient will receive a unique voucher code with credit to the amount that you specify, which they may enter during their checkout process. If their order is less than the specified credit, it may be used again in another order.
If their order exceeds the credit amount they must pay the balance using one of the payment methods listed at the checkout.
We cannot issue a replacement for a digital gift card if it is lost, destroyed, stolen or shared.
STERLING SILVER
D’Alma & Grace Jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver.
Sterling silver can oxidise and tarnish over time.
This can be removed by cleaning with a polishing cloth.
GEMS
Gem stones can be fragile. If your jewellery has been impacted, please remove your jewellery and get the settings checked.
Metal wears over time, so settings should be checked regularly.

What is your jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver.
We do from time to time mix some gold, brass, copper and other metals with the sterling silver.
All technical specifications for each piece will be listed on each product page for easy reference.
Many pieces are plated in other metals such as rhodium.
I can't decide on a gift, do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do sell gift vouchers. D’alma & Grace gift vouchers can be purchased via our Website for amounts of $50, $100, $150 and $200.
Following purchase, we will email your gift voucher to you. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. For full details please refer to our 'Terms & Conditions'.
Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
All products supplied by us are covered by warranty as prescribed by Australian consumer law. However, we do not cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time.
